A challenge for the new year...but only a month.

I want to mention a One Month Challenge! To you tonight or in this post I don't know when you will read this!


This challenge is simple really and the goal of it, is for it to help you to be the best that You that You can be...


These are some of the basic challenge goals for this Challenge:


1: Workout at least once a day! Even it is a walk around the block once, go and get active!


2: Drink Water it is so important for you! I am really really bad at this but I know that it is good for you skin, sleep, weight and so so much more. You should have half you bodyweight in ounces. You can do it!


3: Eat right...haha oh boy, I think this may be the hard one for me but we can do it! And this means eating all of the meals, no skipping! And ideal you should be eating every 2-3 hours to help keep the metabolism going!


4: Get at least 6-8 hours of sleep for some this is icing on the cake for some this one is really hard, sleep it so good you! Don't under estimate the power of sleep! I do try to get to bed earlier than later and the same goes for getting up in the morning too, but your call.


You should weigh in the first day and keep track as you go along (We all hate it)




"No! Kill me first!!!
But it is a good thing to do and to keep track of. But do focus on the numbers over all it isn't about that...which brings me to say  Measure! This is more important then the number you can lose weight without it showing really any lose of weight...do it! You'll be thankful that you did. 




I am going to write down what I eat, time I went to bed and weight and all of that. I would suggest you do it to, it will be easier to keep track and to keep reminding yourself why and what you are doing each day!




But really this is going to be what you make out of it, you can push yourself really hard and eat right, sleep right...drink right but all of this is up to you I am really just telling you what I am going to do and what my guidelines are going to be for me...but I challenge you to do this and push yourself to be the best that you can be and not just for this one month but as a lifestyle.


The challenge again starts on January first. The best to you.

A new day, a new me.

It pains me to talk about this---I fell off and fall from the wagon for the last two weeks or so. I can feel your eyes getting big now and like 'what'? I keep telling myself that I need to be this guy that will keep people motivated and workout like a mad man.


I keep beating myself up for not getting a workout in, not eating the best foods and not drinking enough water---ect.


Well, today I woke up at 5:30am on a Sunday I am going to add (The day of rest, so I have been told) And got ready for work. I thought about this when I was getting ready and Thought Who said that I need to be 'perfect' at this? Pretty sure no one did and I don't think no one will and if they do they need to rethink some things over.


We are not perfect people (I know, I know that you all thought I was, sorry to disappoint!) and mess up every day small and sometimes big and the only thing I should be beating myself up on is what I have or have not been doing at the point that those small & big mess ups happen.


thoughts have crossed my mind that I should quite, whats the point? I mean I haven't been sticking with it! that was before today.


Today is a new day! The sun is even shining now for this part of this post, I am not going to let myself lose this, we are our worst enemy! We are who we are and we who are who we let ourselves be. yes I got lazy in working out and eating healthy---but I am going to start new! Haha, it isn't like I am able to go back to where I left off and start there I am in today.


My point. 


If you have fallen off the wagon, don't sweat it, don't do what I did, it will get you no where...just get back on the wagon and continue forward!  You can do it! and I am right there with you.


I am going to make a new me on this new day!

Why I become a coach....

I wanted to share on why I became a Independent Beachbody Coach...
it started about when I started P90X and I first saw option for becoming a coach on Beachbody.com I was intrigued by it, but I did think I was ready, so I walked a way from the it.


About a month later I met a friend on twitter Her twitter name is Cndjme, you should follow her if you happen to be on twitter and want some good motivation...So, getting back on track, I Met her on Twitter and guess what she was a coach! So We got to talking about it on Twitter, I than became a coach.


Now here is the question, why? Why did I become a coach?


I became a coach because I really really want to help people reach their health and fitness goals, Beachbody had been helping me reach mine and I have all this extra energy to help you get to yours! 
The feeling you get from helping someone is amazing and my new year's goal, is to help as many people that I can.


In time like today it is really hard for me to see a kid that is already over weight, it saddens me to see that the kid I just saw the other day, a girl scout so maybe ten years of age? Maybe? And she was already over weight.


For me I gain weight really easy that is why I am doing P90X to get control of this, I don't want to lose this battle! I don't want to see anyone lose this battle.


It isn't really helping that Thanksgiving is right around the corner and don't forget about X-mas, yea I know the is coming soon too! This is a hard time of the year! Now before I get to far, I am not saying you shouldn't or can't have the meals or anything like that! That would just be mean of me...and I don't want to be mean!


I guess I will ask you this, what are You doing to keep control this holiday season? Are you keeping active? Walking, running, P90X!? Or something Please do something This holiday season! 


Do you have a team? At beachbody they have a Free team membership they also have a $2.99 a week which they take every three months I believe,  and the 2.99 has a few more features on it. As a team member you meet people going for the same goals as you! pretty cool right? They help you be motivated.


You could become a coach like I did, Until Dec 31st the sign up fee is gone, poof! 
With becoming a coach you can get 25% off of programs like P90X, Insanity, power 90, turbo jam and more! You save $40.00 because of not having to pay the sign up fee and then the 25% off! Maybe you are just wanting to start with working out...this could be a great place to start. As a coach you also can get paid for if someone buys something through you!

Day three on Shakeology.

Day Three! Now why didn't I post something for day two? You might be thinking that or maybe your not, doesn't really matter I am still going to say!  I don't really need to blog every single day on Shakeology, it would get boring, alot what have been said that I said in Day one.


So what are my thoughts on Shakeology? For day three, I have been able to tell that things are not like they used to be, I feel good! It is still early for this but on day three I feel good from this I can't wait to have it because when I have it I know that I just had something that is good for my body. You know when you get fast food and it great tasting...until the meal is over and your body is like why are you doing this to me? I am pretty sure you know what I mean. My body has been thanking me these last three days I feel good all day.


If you are thinking about trying this I would say why not, I can't think of a reason to not try it and please don't say "it is too expensive" I have always found that as a weak reason and heres why, how many times have you bought something that you really don't need? Something you shortly regret buying!? I say this because I have done this before...a lot of times I would be the first to say that I have bought soo many things that I don't need or later don't even want!
IF you don't like it than, get your money back! And here is the best part of this you can get your money back even if the beg is empty! You can't really lose on this you pay the money and if you like it and you feel better, more energy, lose weight and more than you got everything you paid for and more and if you don't see or feel a difference at all you can get the money back so really, it is a win-win!


It is only day three for me and I am feeling healthier, I have had more energy And yes this could very well be all in my head, I am going to give the full 30days I will keep this blog updated on this and other health subjects, P90X and other BeachBody news.


I am a Beachbody Coach but I promise that I am not just telling that you should try this because of that. (If you don't know what a Beachbody coach is, let me know and I can tell you about it!) I am telling you that you should try it because you can't lose on this so why not? The only thing you might lose is the pounds (And really who doesn't want that?)

Shakeology day one!

Today was the day that I got my Shakeology! Now, what is Shakeology? Shakeology is a sake that is if I had to put it into a category, I would have to put it under something like a protein shake. But no it is not a protein shake! It is the "Best Meal Of The Day"! and I am not making fun of it!
