I have been setting here for a while now, thinking. Thinking of what I could say to in this blog post. It shouldn't be this hard I thought for sure that this one would lay out so smooth only to find that this one is hard to write.
I don't claim to have all the answers and I don't think that I have been giving that impression either, but neither the less and just to make things clear...I don't have all of the answers!
What I want to be doing to help others in anyway I can, to help them get to the health goals! That's all, when I am writing this blog I try to challenge myself as a writer but more importantly, to keep this blog real feeling and down to earth.
My goal in this blog is to encourage even if it is just one person.
My goal, seems imposable at times, why? I put to much thought into it and bringing out some weaknesses that I have, ha, we all have weaknesses in us it is just how it is. Overcoming our weakness can seem imposable. Weaknesses as in like for some it could be discipline, lack of confidence or what ever it is! You know your weakness but some weaknesses if not all can be strengthened.
The imposable may not be as far or as hard as it may seem, if we just stop focusing our weakness or what we have failed we just might get somewhere...
Take a look at this picture.
Every time I look at this picture, I see that the imposable is never as far as I first think it to be. If we just try we just might get somewhere, and yea we will fall from time to time but it is really only a failure when you give up on trying.
Challenge yourself this week, and don't let small things hold you back...don't let it be a crutch it is way to easy to keep using it as a crutch.
Have a good one everyone. Till next time, "Good night and good luck"

Go all the way and not halfway.
I am really good at starting something, I am like a pro when it come to that. I go in with full force and then I quickly start to fade.
Why is this? For me I am going to talk about my weight goals for this. I don't tell people my goals! This way they won't know if I don't make my goal or not, this is a bad idea. Why? I think it is so important to tell others about your goals and I know that I just got done saying that I don't really tell people about my goals...but, I am making some steps to get better at this!
Here are reasons on why it is important to tall friends and family about your goals
One: You won't have to do it alone, that alone is a reason for me to tell others!
Two: They can keep you accountable! And if they are going for the same kind of goal...yea I think you know where I am going with this ;-)
Three: you can give each-other updates! You will push yourself so much harder!
These are just a few reasons! There are so many more reasons that makes it a good idea!
Take this advice and apply this to you fitness goals.
Just go outside walk down the street and tell random people!...yea sure, they may give you a feel wired looks and give you a few choice words...but it would be fun! Okay, I am kidding but I do want you to tell people your goals it won't hurt...
Don't just go half way with your goals. You those grocery carts? And people will push it all the way and just leave it next to the...um cart-pen? (What do you call those?) Or they will just leave right next to their car
Look at this picture...do you see a problem? Going half way will get you nowhere. Do small things that will help you...one thing I really am bad at (Or really good at, depends on how you look at it) Dishes and laundry...dishes first, I will set the dirty dish(s) right next or into the sink and why!? It doesn't take much time to wash it right there and than! And I know sometimes I just don't allow time to get it done. Now Laundry...one I hate folding clothes and putting away, I don't know why it isn't like it is hard or anything but I don't like to do this. So I am going to tell you this...I am making a goal to wash my dishes every day and to keep up and fold my laundry! It is small things like this that can and will help you reach higher goals, you can't get to the top without starting at
the bottom it is just how it is! If anything it will make getting to the top of your fitness goals more easily. reaching a fitness goal take discipline, getting healthy is all about discipline, running, sports, eating right...yep you guessed it, discipline.
And please...push the carts all the way back to where they go...please, it will make me happy! :-D

Day one of One Month Challenge.
I did not work out today with a video I did however shovel for like two hours, I am going to count that as my workout for today, Cheap? Maybe but my left arm is killing me from all of that shoveling.
I did eat well and I got a lot of water in me! Tomorrow is plyometrics for me, plyometrics for some know what this is and if you don't...
plyometrics, it simply put 'jump training' I use P90X for my workout of choice, I like the verity in it, the challenge it gives me and Tony Horton is a great trainer that I can connect with. In other programs the instructors are always seem kind of fake to me, you know what I mean? I don't feel that when I do P90X and P90X is the only program that I have seen that there is humor in it and by the end you are dripping in sweat! Any way back to plyometrics.
This is fun and super challenging all in one. You jump a lot you do lunges and it pushes you to a whole new level...got to love that!
I have been writing down my goals and made a to-do list and I am checking it twice. What do you do to keep yourself on track?
I also tell people about what I am doing With voice and in text, email and so on...I do a blog (Bet you didn't see that one coming) I have a 'Like page' on FaceBook called The One Month Challenge, I hope you check it out.
So day one:
Well, I ate well, very well and I only had two and a half cups of coffee which is not much for me! I had half my weight in ounces of water today! I shoveled snow for me workout. I did well.
How did you do? Did you do what you had planed? Did you have a plan? I hope you did things work better when you plan your day out.
How did you start your day? Me? I woke up because I really had to pee...after that I started the day right.
Please let me know your thoughts.
Good night and be healthy!
