June 16th there is a Beachbody conference in Los Angeles, CA. I plan on going to this, and I have made a goal before I go to this in June.
My goal:
My goal is to lose 20-ish pounds before this, that would get me down to 193lbs still not the big goal but it is my goal before I go in June. My "big" goal is to get down to 175-180.
Why do I want to lose 20lbs before CA? I am glad you asked :-P
Reason one: I have something to look towards and not just a date on a calender!
Reason two: Dude, it will help me to getting that closer to my big weight goal!
Reason Three: It's CA, I want to get some sun while I am out there! I need to look good with the shirt off ;-p
It will be really nice to have this small and goal in place and I have a huge amount of motivation to get to this goal.
