We all know water is good for you, and I don't know about you, but I have a hard time getting in that recommended "eight glasses" in each day. Again, this is something we know that is good for us, so why is it so hard for us to get that it is each day?
Think about it, how much time would it really take to get a glass of water? Or multipliable throughout the day? It wouldn't take to long, and it is something that is over all- is pretty easy to do.
I wish I could tell you that I am really good at this, but the truth is that I am not good at it. I can't speak for you but when I drink the most water in my day, is when my mouth is starting to get dry, and when water is the only thing that is sounding good...haha, can you see why this is wrong? When I get to that point that water is the only thing that I want to be drinking, it most likely means my body is crying for water!
I have started this book called You're Not Sick, You're Thirsty. I will will be talking about the importance of drinking throughout the weeks to come.
